There are 3 versions of the Idler Cable.  V1 is No longer avialable.
V2 cables are identified by the flattened sides of the threaded ends
V3 have fully rounded threaded ends. V3 cables can be installed on Miragedrives with V2 cables by drilling out the drum with a 1/4 inch drill

  • MirageDrive Idler Cable V2 Flat Thread, – compatible with V2, GT Square Crank,  MD180 and original MD180 KU,
  • MirageDrive Idler Cable V3 Round Thread – compatible with current MD180KU and GTKU MirageDrives,
