The Compass Duo comes ready to fish from the factory. 4 moulded-in holsters securely tote your rods, are perfectly angled for trolling and can accommodate a gaff, nets and other gear.

Brass inserts in the stern accept Hobie’s mounting plate for a Power-Pole Micro shallow water anchor.

The Hobie Mirage Compass Duo is a super stable, lightweight and feature-packed 2-person tandem pedal drive kayak. As the most affordable of all Hobie’s 2-person rotomolded kayaks, the Duo is the perfect craft for anglers looking for maximum value for money in a platform that can be customised to suit their specific needs.
Just like the Compass, the bow is modelled on the efficient, all-weather profile of the Hobie Revolution. This design allows the hull to ride swell, waves, and chop with ease making it a great option for open water anglers. The redesigned stern section is modelled on the Pro Angler series, offering superior stability and carrying capacity with plenty of space for an optional H-Crate or Livewell.
Despite its spacious proportions, the Duo is still lightweight coming in at just 41.73 kg, making it particularly easy to transport. The convenient moulded carry handles located midships along with sturdy bow and stern handles make car topping a breeze, especially with the aid of Hobie’s Compass loader.
The lightweight hull, in combination with the design form, makes the Compass incredibly efficient. The dual 180 mirage pedal drives push the hull through the water with ease meaning you can go further with less effort. The mix of MD-GT and MD-180 drives provides forward and reversing capabilities without the added cost of 2 MD-180 drives.
Coming standard with 4 flush mount rod holders, 4 H-Track accessory mounts and a Lowrance-Ready transducer cavity for easy plug-and-play fish finder installation, the Compass is ready to fish.
