Turbo fin upgrade kit for Hobie kayaks with MirageDrive V2 or GT (glide Technology) pedal drives. Increase the speed, power and efficiency of your Hobie MirageDrive with a Turbo Fin upgrade kit. This Turbo Fin upgrade kit is compatible with MDGT-Classic and MD-V2 pedal drives and includes;
- 2 x Turbo Fin masts
- 2 x Turbo Fins with patented square tip
- 1 x tube of Loctite for installation
Available in 2 colour combinations with classic “shark tooth” styling;
- Black with Blue styling
- Black with Grey styling
Looking to increase the performance of your Hobie kayak with an MD-GT or MD-V2 MirageDrive? Consider upgrading with this Turbo Fin kit. The ST Turbo Fins can provide up to a 10% increase in speed compared with standard fins. With these larger and more efficient fins, you can achieve a higher top-end speed and/or a slower cadence for cruising. This means you can go further, or get there faster, for less energy spent pedalling! In addition to improving speed and efficiency, the longer fins also increase lateral resistance, which can be helpful when sailing upwind.
