Description
The Hobie Standard Plug-in Cart is a useful accessory for transporting your kayak to the water’s edge. This cart is designed to plug directly into the bottom of your Hobie kayak through the scuppers, and it is constructed of a sturdy, welded stainless steel frame. The wheels are also removable for easy storage. The cart’s welded stainless steel frame ensures lightweight and sturdy construction. The cart keeper feature keeps the cart attached to the scuppers, and the post collar clamps displace load at the scuppers to help reduce direct hull load on the cart.
The Hobie Standard Plug-in kayak cart is not suitable for Hobie’s larger kayak models or those carrying a lot of gear on board and is not recommended for use on soft beach sand. Check out the Trax 2 or Trax 2-30 for high-capacity kayak carts with beach wheels or the Heavy Duty cart for use on firm surfaces.
