The FPV-Power Hobie kayak motor mount provides a convenient drop-in solution for mounting an electric motor to your Hobie kayak (some models excluded). This mount locks into the MirageDrive well where your pedal drive is typically housed, keeping power and weight centralised for optimal performance.

The FPV-POWER Hobie Motor Mount comes kitted out with 316 stainless steel hardware and uses a two-part breakaway design to minimise damage to both the motor and kayak in the case of hitting an underwater obstacle.

Description

The FPV-Power Hobie Motor Mount is a simple drop-in ‘plug and play’ design that locks into the MirageDrive well, replacing the pedals for luxurious motorised kayaking comfort. The FPV-Power Hobie Kayak Motor Mount is supplied with stainless steel hardware and incorporates a 2-part breakaway system to minimize the potential for damage to the motor and or kayak in the case of hitting an underwater obstacle. Compatible with FPV-Power 28lb Electric Kayak Motor and Watersnake 24lb electric kayak motors

Note: this mount is not compatible with older model Hobie kayaks (2010 and earlier) that do not have a MirageDrive alignment pin groove moulded into the MirageDrive well or Passport, Lynx
and Inflatable models.
